I'm a Momma of 2 miracles. Both of the my daughters were conceived via IVF. They are my WHY!

I love the outdoors. I am happiest when outside walking, drinking coffee on my porch or reading a good book.

I am a personal development junkie. I love reading, learning and growing. I am passionate about sharing my experiences with others.
What lead me here...
I've spent the last 19 years in homebuilding.
I spent my time in a variety of roles. I started as a Sales Intern, then onto Sales Representative, Regional Sales Trainer, Area Sales Manager, General Manager of Land Acquistion and currently a Director of Sales.
But what I learned as a leader was that I needed a new set of skills if I was going to continue to rise.
Traditional corporate training wasn't giving me what I needed. Ultimately I sought out a coach.
My coach helped me
- gain new skills
- increase my knowledge
- make a bigger impact
- gain control over my time
- gave me the encouragement I needed to take action
- accountability to follow through.
While working with my coach I got 2 promotions and a raise within 3 years that afforded me a 40% increase in pay AND I was working less and making a greater impact.
Other women started reaching out to me for advice and I realized I was not alone. There were so many other women who were eager to make a bigger impact and could use a little confidence boost.
A spark was lit and I knew I had to pay it forward to other women in this industry.
You are talented, you are capable, you have skills that this industry needs. Sometimes you just need a little support and guidance to increase your impact, strengthen your leadership and to pave the way for the next generation.
